Face Mask Tips & Suggestions
- Wash your hands before putting on your face mask and wash your hands after removing it.
- Masks should fit snugly across your face covering your nose and mouth and stretched over your chin.
- Avoid touching your face or the mask once it’s on.
What can I do to clean the face masks?
Machine wash cold gentle cycle, use of a lingerie bag is recommended, use only non-chlorine bleach as needed; tumble dry low or line dry or lay flat to dry.
How can I ensure that the face mask fits me perfectly?
Please refer to the size chart below when deciding what size to purchase. We have also attached an image to help you properly measure your dimensions to find the correct size.

To measure height, start measuring from the bridge of the nose to the bottom of the chin (red arrow). To measure width, start measuring from sideburns to the front of your nose (blue arrow), then double that number to find your correct width. If you find yourself in-between a whole number, you can choose to round down for a snugglier fit (recommended) or round up for a looser fit. See image below.

Why was my order marked as delayed?
Large volume orders of greater than 10 face masks may be marked as delayed. This is because every single face mask is handmade and depending on the volume of the order, Amora Lily may not be able to process all the orders at once. The order might be shipped in progression. In cases of extreme high volume orders, the order may be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
